Is it thinkable that Ortiz may have hired his own hitman instead of committing suicide when he is seen as a HERO? In light of drop #1445 it makes me wonder if he really wishes to be dead due to what he may be wrapped up in? Like in SUICIDE dead? Suicide dead, but would rather he keep a legacy and go out with sympathy rather than scorn and hatred due to chairty scruitny and ties to HRC Clinton Foundation?
