So the scuttlebutt tonight from the DOJ that somebody passed on to reporter @jsolomonReports at The Hill is that the AG **roasted** Comey for illegal leaking of memos & referred him to AG for prosecution &...Barr declined it.

Even a RUMOR out of the DOJ that the IG finally referred one of the main SpyGate plotters to the AG for criminal prosecution and the AG’s referral was turned down is going to really set some people off.

The Fudge Rule is hereby invoked.

From what Solomon is saying, this is the IG report from Horowitz about Comey’s leaking of his memos to the NYT’s. This is NOT the FISA / SpyGate report, which is coming later - rumored to be September.

And I’m being told by someone with experience with signing gov’t NDA’s - like Comey did, no statute of limitations on this stuff.

Barr can sit on this referral from Horowitz as long as he wants to, waiting for the rest of the stuff to come it.

We’ll get to see the Comey leak report and see how badly Horowitz toasted him before the FISA Gate stuff hits, sounds like.

Now the media **has** to report on the basic facts:

Fact 1: Comey is ROASTED for illegal leaking in a new soon-to-be-released IG report

Fact 2: Comey was referred for criminal prosecution, but for whatever reason, Barr elected not to act on that referral at this time.

Fact 3: That illegal leaking Comey did was to provide the impetus for...what? The appointment of a Special Counsel!

Fact 4: Comey got the Special Counsel he wanted and...Trump got away! Aw gee!

I’m all for exposing just how craven and illegal Comey’s leaking was to get that Special Counsel appointed, if he’s nailed later for the far more egregious crimes he committed.

Remember, Horowitz put out that exhaustively detailed leak report on McCabe, then let McCabe DANGLE IN THE WIND for several WEEKS until he was fired just hours before he’d have gotten his pension.

When the Comey separate leak report hits, the media will have to do some kind of presentation of it to explain the fact the IG wanted this guy prosecuted.

We could get over a week of people digging through this report to see how bad Comey’s leaking was, debating if Barr made the ‘right’ decision.

So we could get a couple days/weeks of foreshadowing of the idea this Comey guy was a real shit heel.

REmember how McCabe came across in his leak report, lying extensively to IG agents, blaming OTHER FBI AGENTS for his **own** leaking?

Trump is in no danger at all.

Mueller fired his blanks.

The House ain’t got sh*t on impeachment.

He can take his time.

These goons aren’t going anywhere.

A lot of the now, now NOW!!!!!! urgency of the past 2 years was driven by people buying into the idea Trump was in mortal danger from this Special Counsel investigation, then since Nov. 2018 that somehow the Dems in the House are going to fake a good enough case for impeachment
Trump’s making his moves, we don’t have the big picture, but one thing I do know: he knows what he’s doing.

Those are his own handpicked people handling this.

But yeah, if you buy the narrative he’s an incompetent buffoon, sure you’ll be panicking right now.

Not only is Trump in no danger from Mueller or the House investigations, he’s on OFFENSE right now and kicking major *ss on multiple fronts.

But people need some bad news to freak out over in the midst of all the winning...

As I’ve been saying for 2 years, Trump & his team have to manage this with extreme care. You only get to rip the lid off of this Pandora’s box & clearly show Democrats & DNC Media & Hollywood & academia that you’re serious about prosecuting these people exactly ONE TIME.

Think of it like a NASA launch. You have dozens of moving parts in multiple departments. Each one has to give the ‘go’ signal before the launch can happen.

You f**k this up, you don’t get a do over.

Not until EVERYTHING IS READY, and I mean *everything* will they launch this.

I try to communicate to people the absolute complete & total 4 alarm FREAKOUT Democrats & the MSM will have when Barr shows he’s going to TOUCH their precious Comey, McCabe, Strzok, Brennan, etc.

You don’t manage this correctly, you end up with a national crisis.

Do I **really** have to explain that?

When it goes down and the agents come to arrest Comey, Strzok, McCabe, Brennan, Clapper, the whole gang, you will see DEmocrats and media people INSISTING SOMEONE ASSASSINATE THIS PRESIDENT AND DO IT NOW.

The antifa riots from 2017 will look like a fart in the wind.

If Trump opted to do this in a way that won’t get hundreds, if not thousands of people killed in the streets, then I support that.

We all know what they did. The only thing that’s left is filling in details with some source documents. Which Trump has control of.

You have two competing narratives:

Trump doesn’t know what he’s doing, there’s no plan, and they’re all getting away. He’s just been the world’s luckiest son of a bitch up until now despite his own abject incompetence.

You all know I don’t buy that.

Door #2: He’s facing powerful forces, but he has a plan, it’s just taking longer than we’d all like it to.

He knows *far more* than we do. I’ll start panicking when he does.
