I looked around for something important from that day and didn’t find anything. But who knows, BJ was prez and something that we don’t (yet) know about could have happened.

I was going to take a break from the thread for a few, so I sat down to watch “Person of Interest”. Season 3, Episode 6. 2-3 minutes in, a character picks up a paperback book written by Raymond Chandler and comments on the name.
(Like Ray Chandler or Rachel Chandler)
So far, there is absolutely NO REASON why that would be in the show. But since I haven’t watched past 5 minutes, I don’t know if it will show up later.
In any case, it struck me as significant.

Maybe the timeline of Comey’s career: ‘93 he was with the U.S. Atty Office SDNY, prosecuting mafia case, 5 yrs into his position there. Then 11 years after in 2004, he and MUELLER were involved/collaborating in the Bush administration. (just skimmed Wikipedia timeline on Comey’s career and not read carefully)
