Actually, Q is wrong. It takes a simple majority of the House of Representatives to impeach the President, but it takes two thirds of the Senate to convict and remove the President.

So every time there’s a Dem majority, the Dems can impeach a sitting Republican president, or vice versa? All to create political havoc prior to a Presidential Election?

So the House of Representatives is a defacto grand jury.
