Good point. Also good reason to take off shore to Military Tribunal. Don’t know what premises must be present to qualify for that.

"Don’t know what premises must be present to qualify for that."If they are military they definitely could. Otherwise I think if they found someone that was not military but committed treason they would be charged in a Military Tribunal,but I don't really know.
