Not really.prince phillip put his foot down when it came to where they could live..how much they couldn’t be paid etc. So queen had to agree with him or it would have been different. Prince charles also refuses. It wont be better under him...probably worse.
Yes, they did pull the support from the two girls after Andrew and Charles had a falling out. Charles was insisting that they stop vacationing and get full time jobs. The girls did live in royal housing and Eugenie now lives in Kensington Palace. Not sure where the other one lives.
