This post caught my attention. I kept thinking ‘something’s not right’ with the landscape/terrain of the island. This poster put her finger on it.
There are very few/none of the ‘entertainments’ you’d expect on a billionaire owned island. There’s what..one pool? No golf to be seen. Tennis courts?
But more specifically I realized there are very few trees. It’s like the whole island is a DMZ. All the trees are cut so there’s an unobstructed view of the whole island from one side to the other.
This wasn’t an outdoor tropical recreational paradise.
if *I* were a billionaire and owned my own island I’d have several infinity pools, decks, overlooks, a lazy river, a few holes of golf, some tennis courts and lots of other stuff besides. Some part of it left ‘au natural’ for nature hikes and enjoyment and privacy’s sake.
Not on this island though. It looks like a military installation with a ‘nice house’ for the adjutant.
water-other than rainwater may be hard to come by on a small island
Entertainment is probably underground.
Then you see the door with the big timber lock on the OUTSIDE. Somethings not right.
That is an interesting observation.
