Actually, what my mind ran to was that someone was sending a message. Maybe “Trust Kansas”?

Because WHY would a NY MTA map show anything outside of the NY MTA???

That’s possible but I forgot to mention there is a former Navy base just north of Cheney Lake. The large runways are still there.
