During my lifetime, my ratings are:

4. Nixon (in spite of his many flaws)
5. Bush the Younger (in spite of his flaws)

7. Bush the Elder (because of his flaws; he should have beaten Clinton)

9. Johnson
10. Carter (Carter wins as the worst ex-president to date)

The only changes I would make to your list would be to to reorder 4 through 7, flipping Kennedy and Bush the Elder and dropping Nixon to the bottom:

4. Bush the Younger
5. Bush the Elder
6. Kennedy
7. Nixon.

Nixon greatly expanded the federal government regulatory and welfare state, giving us the EPA, OSHA, NOAA and Amtrak, and doubled spending on food stamps, ADFC, and other welfare programs. Nixon's wage and price controls were the most socialistic federal power grab since FDR and were unsurpassed until Obamacare.

The democrats and the media hated Nixon, not because of his policies, but because he defeated McGovern in an historic nationwide landslide. No one that they knew voted for Nixon so he must have stolen the election from McGovern and had to be destroyed.

The democrats and the media hate Trump even more than they hated Nixon. Not only are they convinced that Trump stole the election from Hillary, but they hate all of his policies.

Trump and Reagan need switched. Reagan can’t clean trumps shoes. And carter was a million times worse then Obama.
