Opportunist. With as hot as it has been on the East coast, guy didn’t feel like walking. I have to wonder what he was going to do with the three children.
Okay. So then, adding to the list of questions (in my post above):
Could he have been... a car thief? Kidnapper? Mentally ill? Drunk/tired (wrong car)? Never actually in the car?
Or just an opportunist?
