IIRC, BJC would tell the bedroom guards that he was going downstairs for a glass of milk or a snack and the USSS wouldn’t see him again for hours and not find out he had left the WH until the next day. They wouldn’t report because they would be fired on the spot.
Clinton despised their USSS minders and berated them and avoided them at all times. HRC ordered them to remain 20 yards away from her while on WH grounds so they wouldn’t be part of snapshots.
