I might also mention that, while I am still taking antibiotics (I was worried from the start about possible cellulitis symptoms in my right leg, and still am - the Dr has identified the infection as viral. The above article, obviously limited in scope, only mentions antibacterial properties.
As to counterfeit, that is the world that we live in. 😑
My understanding on Honey treatments is that you should use locally sourced honey as it is better attuned to the specific regional virus/bacteria.

Reporting good results from Manuka Honey has been around a very long time. Getting info out is not easy. If you had seen any of the legitimate reports, your reaction would be different.
New things are being found and reported on, and refused to be shown by the evil ones. Have you seen reports of cancer cures, on FR but not reported elsewhere.
So you don’t go to wiki and expect to find what the FRs are trying to tell you. Like the cures from massive VitC doses. Which are reported to be useless, until you get to the places where the facts FACTS are being reported. So where is that to go to. AT LEAST start with a search NOT USING GOOGLE. Then NaturalNews.com. Then someone who can direct you to the proper place. I come across such places now and then.
