Our local MickyD just reopened after a remodel. The entire front end is remodeled. No clerks just computer stations to place your order. Came watches where you go to sit and a waitress brings food to you. Customers are not happy!
Why are they not happy? I love the kiosks. You don’t have to deal with the idiots working there Nobody asking if you want fries with that, when you didn’t order fries in the first place
I heard they are doing for voice activated drive through.
We have the computers to take your order too but still have a human you can order with.
When I saw this I wondered just how long before it was only computers.
And prices went way up also.
When states adopt higher minimum wages many entry level jobs are lost.
I think the Golden Arches Cafe is getting ahead of the curve.
BTW they lost us a customers, make our own sausage and egg muffins.
