Customers are not happy! Why are they not happy? I love the kiosks. You don’t have to deal with the idiots working there Nobody asking if you want fries with that, when you didn’t order fries in the first place
I heard they are doing for voice activated drive through.

I too would be furious. We are fly over country. We talk to our workers. We ask them how was their day? We socialize with our workers here in southern Indiana. I have NEVER used the self check out of ANY store! I'll wait for an hour if need be to have an actual person checking me out. But that's just me.
