I am NOT a baker, but I know a lot of people use Granny Smith Apples.

COSTCO has the worst apple pie I have ever eaten. Always seem under cooked and raw bottom. They do have the BEST pumpkin pies though.

I like pumpkin bread, bars, but NOT pie. Just don’t care for the texture, I guess.
