Neither of her parents were citizens when she was born here, and then raised in Canada.
At best she is a 14th Amendment baby, although according to the writers of the 14th Amendment, she is Jamaican, the citizenship of her father, as he was a subject of Jamaica, not America.
The 14th Amendment did not change the eligibility requirements for the office of President or Vice President.
She is not, by any definition, a natural born citizen.
If she was never naturalized, she is not even a citizen of the US.
