C_A was coined by Q to indicate there is NO intelligence in the Clown Agency. Following that convention, do we say there is no “BUREAU” in Federal Investigations? It makes no sense.

You’re right, I went to search F_I on QMAP and it didn’t return any results. Not sure when that started or where it come from.
