Serious time...
Why has no one paid attention to the SCOTUS decision last week that fully NULLIFIED the 4 Amendment (and 5th and 6th) to the Constitution.
By holding a driver’s license, you have waived your 4th, 5th and 6th amendment rights. You can no longer refuse a compulsory blood draw. A search warrant is not needed and your lawyer does not have to be present. Consent is tied back to the license so conscious or unconscious is moot.
No, you were not provided that up front to accept or decline. Yes, those Constitutional rights were taken away from you by a new interpretation. Yes, those Amendments were REPEALED in an extra-judicial ruling in contravention of the Constitutional process to repeal Amendments.
This ruling can AND WILL be broadened to any “privilege” proffered by the authority. Here it is driving. What other state privileges have you registered for?
SSA? Yep.
Marriage? Yep.
Guns? Not yet...
Guess what folks...VOTING is a privilege.
But, hey...if you have nothing to hide, you have nothing to fear, right?
Rush? Hannity? Levin (Frikkin’ LEVIN!) send crickets our way.
I must have missed that one. Which one? That sounds a bit too serious to miss. Tell me more.
