The Democrat-led House Judiciary Committee on Thursday released transcript of their closed-door interview with former White House Comms Director Hope Hicks.
Hope Hicks arrived on Capitol Hill Wednesday morning to testify to the House Judiciary Committee after Chairman Nadler issued her a subpoena to compel testimony.
House Judiciary Chairman Jerry Nadler, 72, repeatedly referred to Hope Hicks as “Ms. Lewandowski” during the face-to-face interview.
“Ms. Lewandowski — sorry — Ms. Hicks, read the next two sentences also if you have it,” Nadler said. Nadler referred to Hope Hicks as “Ms. Lewandowski” again and Hicks had to correct him.
“Yeah, Ms. Lewandowski, I think, in reading this –” Nadler said. “My name is Ms. Hicks,” Hope said correcting Nadler again.
“I’m sorry, Ms. Hicks. I’m preoccupied,” Nadler responded.

Hicks supposedly had a brief affair with Lewandowski a few years back which has apparently been public knowledge - on his show this afternoon Howie Carr thought Nadler was just needling Hicks - not so sure it wasn’t more pathognomonic than that.....

Of course he did it on purpose. It was a way of trying to shame “Ms” Hicks and get under her skin, visa vie her affair with Corey Lewandowski in the campaign days.
It was no slip just a crass and crude POS occupying a congressional seat.
I figure he is really meaning Lewinski and knows she knows that too.
Nadler was being presumptuous. Very sleazy character, subpoena her, then gratuitously insult her. Wish she’d laid the fit sob low.

How do you prove a negative? No matter what Corey Lewandowski or Hope Hicks say, people will believe the allegation.
