I purchased a Model S with this chip. It drives itself better than about half the people on the road. It slows itself down for sharp curves etc. Changes lanes flawlessly. The car accurately manages and knows your energy needs. Simply tell the car where you are going and it will tell you where to stop for a Supercharger along the way. It is really the only electric car you can take a road trip in(the rest either charge slowly or do not have access to a network of superchargers)
He is years ahead of Mercedes,BMW and Audi.
It appears Musk does not let people tell him you can’t do that.

Musk claims that full self driving is only a year or two away.
I prefer to take my chances with the other half.

I wish you no ill...but if Tesla goes under I wonder where you will be able to obtain tech support, machine parts or (in the case of an accident) body parts.
