What was he supposed to say in that forum? Well, he certainly didn't have to drool all over himself gushing out praise for her and what she did during Vietnam! He put her on a pedestal, practically calling her a hero! He obviously was onboard with her cause.
Not only did she want the US to become communist, she was actively rooting for the North Vietnamese to win!

Skits and songs portray American defeats, soldiers refusing to fight, and the murder of officers by their troops.
FTA cast members mingle with soldiers after the shows, encouraging them to desert or to sabotage the Army.
