we are preaching to the choir.
Only 1 time in the last 20 years or so have I received a response from a politician (a U.S. Senator) to all the many letters\phone calls\emails etc...sent to my local elected officials.
(My wife wants me to stop. She thinks my FBI file is now too large to fit in the filing cabinet.)
