we are preaching to the choir.
Only 1 time in the last 20 years or so have I received a response from a politician (a U.S. Senator) to all the many letters\phone calls\emails etc...sent to my local elected officials.
(My wife wants me to stop. She thinks my FBI file is now too large to fit in the filing cabinet.)

Looks like politicians were also busy selling our border lines. One of president Trump's greatest contributions to America so far has been to illuminate out how widespread and deep the corruption among Washington politicians really is.
It seems that every day some new aspect of their corruption, greed, and treachery is revealed.
And it's not just the democrats, although they are by far the worst of the worst.
The entire Washington establishment is like a haunted house stuffed to the eaves with filthy treacherous rats.
Most of the times it seems that but for family and a few trusted aides president Trump stands almost alone against the filthy horde.
