NOBODY EVER NOTICED SHE’S FLAT
DOWN BY A QUARTER
ALL THE WAY THROUGH “Wind Beneath my Wings.”
Many people aren’t aware that Bette Midler’s “Wind Beneath My Wings” is a cover version.
Sheena Easton, Lee Greenwood, Gladys Knight and Gary Morris recorded their own versions of the song in the 80’s.
The only version that I’m familiar with, other than Midler’s, is Gary Morris’ version. IMO, Morris’ version is more authentic and sincere than Midler’s.
I hate that Bette Midler has proven to be such a demented b***h, because I have always loved “The Rose”.
Now, I can’t even stand to look at her face.
