Why would she? Harvard has not asked for repayment. And they never will. Used to be a good school, now they are just another leftist institution. They would NEVER ask a prominent leftist for anything - except maybe a ton of “donations.”

Has Harvard ‘asked’ to be repaid? I doubt it. In the end Elizabeth Warren’s claim to native American ancestry became a conspiracy between Warren & Harvard University. Harvard got to count Lizzy twice (female, native American) on their EEOC scorecard.
