I had considered the view obstruction aspect. Makes
me wonder if such a design would be allowed today
by whatever entity that determines safety parameters.
As a kid I was a big Vette fan and I was 12 in ‘63.
I thought the look was a little too “busy” although
I would not have used that word at the time. To each,

I was also 12 in ‘63 which was about the time I got interested in cars, and this Vette was the standard against which all others were compared.

My buddies and I could identify every car on the road coming or going, and to get one wrong subjected one to razzing and abuse. Now I can’t tell one from another and could care less.
