not “oti”, “o + i”
The second tweet changed “doesn’t” to “does not” (adding o), and “that’s” to “that is”, (adding i).
Another thing I find very interesting is that when Comey added a Q, POTUS dropped one. POTUS tweeted “LGBT” instead of “LGBTQ”. Coincidence?
