The kids currently have SS protection details as I understand. If they are booking this hotel for 4 of them then they will likely have control of the hotels security to a large degree. With that comes access to areas normally off limits.
There are over 200 anon posts mentioning the Corinthia Hotel, also known as "Spy Central" in the qanon threads. Some of the posts discuss the hotel as the possible location from which the nighttime photos of Comey/Strzok/Page were taken. Some of them discuss a possible connection to a tunnel network underlying the nearby government offices, including Parliament.
The hotel is apparently owned by a Libyan government investment fund and a Maltese named Pisani (with Mafia connections). Lots of spoopy stuff.
