One more possibility that I thought of is that certain players like Toensig know some of the plan but not all of the plan. She might genuinely be concerned about a lack of indictments. Much like the FReepers beyond the trees.

One more thing. “Will there be indictments?” Was it ever clear who this was referring to? H didn’t ask point blank whether HRC or 0vomit would be indicted or about any other specific person.
Before Q, most of us already realized that there were multiple tiers of justice. One for the average Schmo. One for those who were connected. And an extra-punitive one for those who were enemies of the well-connected. Now that we are in the Trump era, I find it difficult to imagine that there will be NO indictments at all. Even those who think that the big players are going to skate must see that there is a LOT going on and that at least the bit players are going down.
So for someone to honestly say no indictments, they must be thinking of very specific high level individuals. Or else they are blind to everything going on. They must be blind to all of the changes at DOJ. Surely someone like Toensig is well aware of that.
My view is that Toensing is either seriously ill-informed and thinks Q is a larp, or never heard of Q, or is playing a role for disinfo purposes. Even without anything Q, Trump has repeatedly said what’s going to happen, clear to anyone who is paying attention. Certainly she must be paying attention to the numerous times Trump has said “Treason” in the last month or so, and his other statements. Just for starters.
I really do not know a lot about her, but it just seems inconceivable that a well connected legal person whose views side with law and order could possibly think that there will be no indictments and arrests.
Or even no indictments or arrests of the big names.
