Judge removes prosecutor from Navy SEAL war crimes case
IDK much about this trial, but my impression is that this is the DS setting up the idea in people’s minds that military courts can’t be trusted.
I wonder why that might be important to the derps. /s
The prosecutors were doing the same thing’s Obama’s DOJ was doing. They were tapping phone and information of the defense attorneys. Incredibly illegal stuff. The defendants should walk. That bell can’t be unrung. I don’t think new prosecutors solves the problem.
I read an article about that trial and prosecutor taken off, and she did do wrong things. I think it’s actually a good sign since from what admittedly little I know, the accused did not do what he was accused of.
