"what kind of deals the cooperating arrestees get?"

Kathy Russell, one count Visa Fraud, max of 10 years. Probable sentence 6-12 months. Unknown if cooperating, doesn't seem to be.

Clare Bronfman, Identity Theft and Harboring an Illegal Alien, max of 10 years and 15 years respectively. Probable sentence 21-27 months. Agreed to a $6M fine to the government, and $90k in restitution to victims. Doesn't appear to be cooperating. Bought her way out.

Allison Mack, one count Racketeering, one count Racketeering Conspiracy, max 20 years on each count. Probable sentence 3-5 years. Provided thumb drive(s) to authorities, cooperating.

Lauren Salzman, one count Racketeering, one count Racketeering Conspiracy, max 20 years on each count. Probable sentence of 3-4 years. Cooperating witness, testified for the prosecution.

Nancy Salzman, one count Racketeering Conspiracy, max 20 years, probable sentence of 33-41 months. Unknown if cooperating.

In all cases, the judge can impose up to the maximum sentence and can make the sentences concurrent or separate. The "probable sentence" times are based on Federal Sentencing Guidelines. They are guidelines and the judge can impose more, or go all the way down to zero. Normally, if the judge imposes a sentence beyond the federal guidelines, the convict gets the right to appeal. The plea agreements, I understand, usually have a clause to that effect. Likewise, if the sentence is within the federal guidelines, then the convict cannot appeal.

Having said all that, if the judge really wants to throw the book at the five women, they could all get 20-40 years each. If the judge is confident that the sentences wouldn't be overturned on appeal.

With all the evidence being presented for the predicate acts, I'm pretty sure the judge could go big and the sentences would withstand any appeals.

We'll see.

That’s good information, thank you. And do most of them also have charges in upstate NY likely too?

Thank you for the updates on NXIVM. I read them very carefully.
My feeling is that PDJT’s take down of the human trafficking industry is one his most valuable contributions to our country.
