They were all just very weak. GWB was particularly weak, in a gentlemanly sort of way, and when he “reached across the aisle” and the Dems then bit his hand off, he shrugged and said he could get another one.
GWB wasn’t evil, just weak. But the problem is that the Dems can smell weakness from outer space.
