I'm pretty sure the "money" statements he made were direct quotes from the document.
The only substantive issue was in apparently contradicting Barr as to whether they took into account the unconstitutionality of indicting a President.
But this is bullsh#t on the face of it. He said it "Wouldn't be fair" to say the President "did it" if he couldn't be tried in a court ... yet they spent over 200 pages not saying it.
Righto.
As I see it, Mueller stood right up there and chomped down on a shit sandwich, and was forced to try and convince the world it tasted great. Yum, yum, sucker.

Yes, well put. And we know how much the media and Democrats love s*&t. But it has already been digested and there is nothing of nutritious value there only things that make you deathly ill. And Mueller has stinky yuck all over his face. He did look like a cat in a room full of rocking chairs or a whore (or whoremonger) in church.
1. I’ve said all along that the report (and AG Barr’s summary) is Muley’s testimony. He can neither add or subtract from it else he is in legal jeopardy.
2. He knew he would be walking into a perjury trap if he testified before congress.
3. Any prosecutor knows that “the clear lack of exculpatory evidence is exculpatory evidence, prima facia.”
