The power to classify (and declassify) rests SOLELY with the President of the United States. It stems directly from Article II of the Constitution. As such, neither the Congress nor the Courts have any power in the matter except as POTUS approves. This may be rescinded at any time and for any reason. POTUS is answerable only to the voters.

To the extent that anyone else has this power it is derived directly, by delegation, from POTUS and no one else.

Contact with the Crayons last night. They said “RGB” is a person named Rita Bigg-Gams.

I don’t know if I believe them or not, but since there were 64 of them, and I didn’t know how many of them it would take to stick that Probe in me, I just nodded in agreement. You don’t mess with hot Crayons if you can avoid it.

Anyway, I thought the CFR dot was the most important connection to make with past interest in change agents in that material. ;)
