Yeah. Max for Raniere's girls seems to have been about 800 cal/day. Average was around 500. "Punishment" was only about 300 cal/day.
He made women text him daily summaries of their food intake when he wasn't there to directly supervise. If they went over his guidelines, they would receive varying forms of punishment.
He also demanded they do an extraordinary amount of exercise, usually running. And required they send him their logs for that as well.
