I think it’s today. I just checked Lisa Mei Crowley’s twitter feed and she retweeted M3thod’s original tweet. There was a video embedded and the news scroll at the bottom was all about dems reaction to Mueller’s statement. POTUS said he’d say/do something about the border later today.

I can vouch for the fact that he made the first 2 statements today in answers he made to reporters’ questions prior to boarding AF1 to head to the Air Force Academy commencement. The third remark may have been made during that questioning period, but I cannot be positive about that one.
