Any info on why Mueller made this statement at this time, who at DOJ authorized him to make it in front of a DOJ seal? He is still a DOJ official, he answers to Barr until his resignation is effective. Did he do it on his own?

Barr needs to step up his efforts. The Mule needs to go down as part of this coup. His communications with Comey, Weissmann, et al. that were part of setting this up should be retained and reviewed.

but a president cannot be under investigation while in office,... we still think that it was Ovomit that Mueller was pointing to in that statement, it's not Our President...he is off the hook, it has been proved that Hillary Clinton and the DNC did all the collusion and obstruction...NOT Our President and even if they filed impeachment they cannot convict, they have to send it to the Senate for two thirds vote for it to be any good and we all know THAT is NOT going to happen...
