Maybe once or twice during summer it gets over 100 It’s not the heat but the humidity that is unbearable here. That’s why I like to head north or northeast during August.
At one time it was discussed that freepers who enjoyed traveling could go coast to coast staying at FRiends houses for a night and have a very enjoyable trip.

....It’s not the heat but the humidity that is unbearable here."My brother lives just out of Indianapolis and in 1987 we took Amtrak back there and I almost died from the humidity. I don't see how anyone can live in that.
