Good morning..I made something like this last night with sausage. My husband was returning from the race track (Thursday get together with his friends) and my son going home from a golf league. I told them not to pick up fast food and that I would fix an omelette. I had made a new cookie and wanted them to give them a try. Praline cookies.

Are you staying home today or do you have plans? You probably are the busiest person I know.
