Mueller delivered the uranium sample to Russia, personally. I believe there was big payoff for all of those involved in the Uranium 1 deal, Mueller being one of them.

Just to put this out there- by Muellers logic on obstruction - not being able to charge because of constitutional prohibition- then the entire investigation was useless, because he would never have been able to charge anyway. He’s lying.

“If we had confidence the president DID NOT commit a crime we would have said so. We did not however make a determination if the president did commit a crime.”

Mueller refuses to testify b/c knows he'd face tough questioning by Republicans exposing his reliance on Clinton dossier & the conflicts of his prosecutors/investigators. He'd also have to explain why, knowing early in probe there was no collusion,he held probe over past midterms.

Mueller'd already closed shop, so that wasn't reason for presser (red herring). What he was doing was giving talking pts to MSM & rationale to Dems, saying in so many words: "Look, my hands were tied, but yours aren't. I couldn't charge sitting prez, but you can thru impeachment"

1) That’s not a prosecutors job

2) Did Mueller say that about anyone else smeared with Collusion innuendo in the report? Carter Page? Sam Clovis?

Mueller’s only reference to Michael Cohen & Prague is a single sentence. Page gets a couple of paragraphs. Both subjected to Collusion smears nonstop for 2 yrs

The formulation Mueller uses is essentially “we couldn’t prove this crime in court” NOT “they didn’t commit a crime”

You will notice he said “as alleged” the Russians hacked the emails. He is saying (and the report confirms) that they never investigated the hacking. They just took the existing assessments and assumed them to be correct. It falls apart when that is revealed to be incorrect.

The government’s job is NOT to find enough evidence to EXONERATE someone...it’s their job to determine if there’s enough evidence to CHARGE someone. Mueller didn’t find enough evidence to charge POTUS, irrespective of the law re: charging a sitting President.
