Grenadier Court is a condo/apartment complex with at least 7 buildings. Seems 224 Grenadier Ct LLC owns 3 units in this complex with a Albany NY PO Box address - Mack at #127, and 2 other units - #215 and #224.
FrankReport (online blog about the area) reports that Keith and his minions operated out of the condos before NXIVM bought houses in the vicinity.

I did not dig into Prorsus except on the surface and got nowhere fast - no names, and I did not look into Alex and Emiliano Salinas.

You've uncovered some connections that very few would even look for. Betancourt and Salinas are important. As are Bronfmans and others. I'm working on a little project for posting using some government (prosecution) diagrams and pictures that have been presented as evidence.
In the meantime, I'll try and fill in some blanks on Prorus with Salinas and Betancourt.
This is a trial of the century so far. I hope to see many more with defendants xlinton, hussein, et al.
