I think anyone who is digging and posting should feel free to ask for feedback if they aren’t getting any. We all need to know if we’re just shouting into the abyss or if someone actually is hearing us.

Remember for every response you get, there are probably 10 or more who didn’t post or PM. If I see a great post and others have already responded, I usually don’t respond, just because I think too many attaboys clog up the thread. I’ll respond if I think I have new information to add. So to all of you great posters out there, I just want you to know that you’re appreciated even if I don’t answer!

I kind of liked the rant. :-) I copied and forwarded parts of it to a non-FR friend. I thought it laid out some of the most salient points of the issue very succinctly.

I see no one responded so, YES! I follow the Q threads and appreciate all y'all (as we say 'round my neck of the woods) I'm in the 10 or more group, once upon a time called, the silent majority
