Mueller certainly appears in retrospect to be a black hat. Unless he is just a wimp and let Weissmann do whatever he wanted with the “Mueller Report.” This was all a set up ... they knew they had to get a special council to go on offense or they would be on defense. And they wanted Weissman to run it because he has no honor but they couldn’t put him out front... so perhaps Mueller was a figurehead all along. I do know that Weisman made all the hires and DiGenova claims he wrote the report. That makes Mueller neither white nor black but merely a placeholder to give the op some legitimacy.
