I was watching a video and basically what was proposed is as follows. Obama put in place a way for Russia to destroy the US by nuclear war. McNoName was in on it.
There was a big push for elite bunker building, during the last years of the Obama administration.

There was a big push for elite bunker building, during the last years of the Obama administration. An architect friend of mine, originally apprenticed to one of the biggest names in 20th Century architecture, was getting calls from billionaires to build them bunkers.
He turned them down. He asked them, "What kind of world do you think you'll see when you come out of your bunker? Would you want to live in it anyway?"
