Why? For all the really stupid pork that gets tucked into bills, this one is pretty innocuous.

NO’s license was granted in 2016 and she was probably only one that needed a license for their group and this “pork” was in 2012. I am sure the Hamr coms only started then in 2016 for the deep state cabal.
