What is CBD rub? Where do I find it?

It is hemp oil made into a rub. Do not know what they call it in Canada.

Our dog has terrible arthritis, could hardly walk, got him some CBD oil, give him 2 drops in the morning and 2 at night. He now walks at the park 2 times a day.
