Sometimes, because I sleep on my left side the most, my arm and shoulder hurt and ache.

Your shoulder problem is titled...failure to designate work for others. I know you don't want to hear this but its time you say...enough....if you and hubby work on fixing the dinners every week...someone else needs to be coming in to mop and clean. I'm sure you-all cleaned as the dinner went on and afterwards...THAT is where you need to let go. If you don't you will get burn out and stop all together. I'm saying this because I love you and care about you. OK done.
I bought some plants at the product market this morning. They had Sweet William so I had to buy some for the front yard. Another plant that will go well with my daisies on the side. And a couple for my problem area in the shade. I plan to go slow planting them...I'm saying this especially after my long sermon to you..lol
You take care and rest that shoulder. Good day.
