It owning a house. We are going through similar problems with a couple at church. She has Alzheimer’s. He has lung issues. Their home is just a tiny two bed-one bath but is considered an asset. They either have to sell and move or put it in the name of family member with “lifetime estate”

((( ❌40Head ❌ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ❌)))

‏ "Who has ultimate authority over our branches of military w\o approval conditions unless 90+ in wartime conditions?

What is the military code?"

And, the second section I want to look at is:

"POTUS knew removing criminal rogue elements as a first step was essential to free and pass legislation.

Who has access to everything classified?"

So, "Who has ultimate authority over our branches of military w\o approval conditions unless 90+ in wartime conditions? What is the military code? "

We know the president is the Commander In Chief, meaning he has the ultimate power to wield the military at his discretion.

The only real limitation he has is the requirement to notify congress within 48 hours that he has deployed the military. And, if troops are placed into combat situations, they may remain there up to 90 days before there MUST be a declaration of war by congress.

Otherwise, the president is supposed to pull the troops back or face impeachment. You are more than welcome to peruse the pages of the Title 50 US Code section 33 to verify my summation.

So, what exactly is the military code? Is it Title 50? Well, no.

That's not related to the military besides the ability to use it. What about the radio call signs? You know, the phonetic alphabet. Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, Delta, Echo...etc. Many in QAnon believed this, along with common military acronyms might be the code Q asks about.

But, I would venture to say MOST people, especially us veterans, immediately thought about the UCMJ. The Uniform Code of Military Justice. That damned rule book that haunted every service member. It is the equivalent to State or Federal law, but applies to the military and ..certain civilians who are contracted by or employed by the military and the Department of Defense.

This was covered months ago in 17 drops and I have since changed...... I went with what most veterans were saying. The UCMJ was the obvious choice as I'm a veteran. But, not this time around.

"You have more than you know" and "We have it all", I believe there's something more to this. You see, we're looking at military tribunals, hoping for military arrests of the traiterous assholes, right?

The SCOTUS decisions are what most Anons point to as precedent for the military trying civilians. BUT, what about the document that provides the UCMJ its authority? Here is the MCM, the Manual for Courts-Martial. A 772 page document of "light reading".

This document is something very special. You see, this document covers all military law, its application AND its jurisdiction. A unique attribute of this document, is that it is often edited by the President of the United States. No other individual has that authority.

*************

And, every president HAS altered it at some point since 1984 when the right to alter it was granted to the sitting president. Now it is governed, explained, and its contents defined by, The Joint Service Committee on Military Justice (JSC)

They also make recommendations to the POTUS of any changes they believe should be made. The MCM is the epitome of military code. In fact, the other codes Anons thought might fall under Q's question about what is the military code, are found inside the MCM, one way or another.

What's so important about the MCM? 1. The MCM defines the military's ability to enforce laws. 2. The method that the military legal structure must operate as well as rights and privileges afforded to the accused, to victims, to witnesses and more are covered under the MCM.

*************

So, if obama and the #DeepState believed their illegal ventures may someday fall under the auspices of the MCM, we would probably find that he had altered it to relieve himself and others of the laws and statutes contained in it. Right? Well, you can see the changes he made.

******************

In fact, he altered it...... 7...... times during his presidency with executive orders:

EXECUTIVE ORDER 13552 75 Fed. Reg. 54263 (Sep. 3, 2010) President Obama (Aug 31, 2010)

EXECUTIVE ORDER 13593 76 Fed. Reg. 78451 (Dec. 16, 2011) President Obama (Dec. 13, 2011)

. EXECUTIVE ORDER 13643 78 Fed. Reg. 29559 (May 21, 2013) President Obama (May 15, 2013)

What gives the president the ability to do this? Well, here's the preamble to each change:

"By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including chapter 47 of title 10, United States Code (Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. 801-946), and in order to prescribe amendments to the...

...Manual for Courts-Martial, United States, prescribed by Executive Order 12473 of April 13, 1984, as amended, it is hereby ordered as follows:"

The info you see above with obama's alterations shows the Executive Order filed to make the changes, the date the changes were ...made, and the date the Executive Order was filed. In truth, many presidents since 1984 have changed the code several times during their tenure. As of today, BO changed it the most amount of times. It would take me a very long time to go through the process of learning......what each of BO's changes entailed.

DJT has also changed it, one time. His changes set a record. It was the most sweeping and vast advancement to the MCM ever produced.

**********

EXECUTIVE ORDER 13825 83 Fed. Reg. 9889 (Mar. 8, 2016) President Trump (Mar. 1, 2018)

**************

Here is the link to the Executive Order and all the changes made by Trump. Scroll down past his signature to see the changes. You will see lines have been struck from the record with a line through the previous wording.

NIKK...I've edited the thread some because it is over 80 points....I think its important I continue to post. This person has really done a lot of work.

hoosier, according to everything I have read and Social Service people I have talked with, you can own a house and it will be exempt if the house is in the state you are applying in.

Here is a site with a lot of information.

Assets You Can Have and Still Qualify for Medicaid

Dolly, I am so sorry you are having such a hard time getting any help. Hang in there and keep trying.
