Prayers continued. When I was having the double vision I would shake in my hands/the cramp/get really depressed/...I kept quiet thinking if I ignored it ...it would just go away. We have the best people here to unload..lol Hope its sunny and getting warmer where you live. I really like sitting out in a lawn chair and just read a book or watch birds/chipmunks. "Chip" visits almost every day.

For cramping.....

I take 99mg potassium in the morning and take 400mg. of magnesium at night, was told to take separate like that.

Also, when I do get them I put frozen gel or ice pack on it and also spray Stopain on cramping, helps it.
Can get it at Walmart, tried it first when it sold on QVC years ago.

Am trying to catch up with thread, listening to Trump’s speech from today and watching news on tv to keep mind occupied, they are turning of my friends machines about this time.
Said my goodbyes earlier, a great Trump supporter, used to be Dem before Bush.
