I’m grieving this morning. A beautiful pair of Canada Geese have been bringing along seven eggs all spring through 3 floods and yesterday, as they were hatching, the neighbors dog came over and killed them all. I sent the neighbors a strongly worded letter and I have my H&K at the ready. I think I need a shot gun.

That breaks my heart!! If you're like me I watch the activity going on outside for many hours. I am so taken with birds. What a shame.
